"Yeah, the hotel was very clean. I had a suit room. Tea and coffee machine. water and clean glasses everything was very clean. The breakfast was dead on for a foreigner. I enjoyed it took a bit of fruit up to my room and left around about 11:30 am. I would recommend this hotel the shopping mall is quite close within four minutes walking McDonald’s and KFC and samsong Everything is inside."

"Everything about our stay at Manila Hotel was excellent — food, staff, room service, cleanliness, ambience. It is its own kind of fancy. Probably the only drawback is its being far from the fun places you’d visit around Metro Manila, except of course if you’re looking at spending time in Intramuros."

"All I will say is I love this place...have always stayed here for 15 years...it's my favourite hotel in all of Philippines.. Fantastic self contained suites magnificent maintained pool by Jun and staff...excellent staff all over...300 metres from.Robinsons.. The one and only thing wrong with this hotel is the owner charges too much for pool drinks and service charges....but apart from that...I love it"
