"Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety of foods and all of them tasted really good. Various shops & restaurants were easily accessible from the hotel by foot. The room & toilet were clean and well maintained by the friendly housekeeping staff. However bath towels although clean, looked a bit worn out."

"Good hotel. Large room, comfortable bed, AC looked ancient and was noisy but worked ok. Has a kettle to make tea/coffee which I always appreciate. Hotel seems to have a lot of staff, always see them together in little groups. Breakfast had a lot of stuff but not much for someone vegan, even the hot veggies were covered in butter, at least they were well labeled for allergies. I wish they didn't run out of bread for toast though, that's very annoying when you dont have many veggie options. Fresh fruit was good at least. Didn't use the pool as was quite busy but it looked decent. There's a shuttle bus going locally at set times, like to the nearby shopping centre but we didn't notice the sign until the last day and no one mentioned it to us at any point. Just outside there's a row of food stalls and a handy place for coffee, got an excellent matcha there daily. Overall a good hotel, the style is nice, you get plenty of space and the room was well cleaned daily."

"Everything was perfect, location, value for money, staff are absolutely lovely. The cleanliness is great, it could be better though but that's just something minor. I've been staying at this hotel every time I visit Manila since 2023 and I will always pick Seda Residences Makati over ANY hotel in Manila, I will pick it over and over again. Highly recommend! "

"This was my first trip to the Philippines in Makati City and Y2 Residence went above and beyond my expectations during my stay. The ladies at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful, and I loved chatting with all of them everyday. The restaurant in the lobby is great for convenience for the breakfast meal. All the Housekeeping staff was friendly and able to assist other needs on short notice. I don’t remember all the names of the staff but the ladies at the front desk, Mia, Angel, Chrish, Bea, and all the rest of the staff I will never forget for the help they gave me. I am already preparing for my next trip and I will be staying here because of the staff"
