"Overall hotel was cleaned shame that staff wasn't welcome at all except a gentleman on breakfast who was amazing with us. The lady on the reception who seam to be from management team was on phone talking load on phone by the reception about person issues whitch l fpund not profissional as that could be discussed in private room "

They were pleasantly overwhelmed by the variety of items at their breakfast buffet. They wanted to stay longer but had other places pre-booked. They would stay here again for future visits. "Beautiful Hotel situated in a perfect location overlooking Batalha. The room was really well decorated, towels even had a flowery fragrance to them, exquisite! Highly recommend this Hotel."

"We got an Upgrade thought it was nice the view was good. The room was very out dated and the bed was terrible to sleep on. As well as the bathroom the whole time had a sulphate smell. The beach was lovely tho. "
