Venho registrar reclamação referente à hospedagem realizada de 16 a 18 de fevereiro, reserva efetuada pela plataforma Hotels.com. Ao chegarmos, recebemos via WhatsApp as orientações do hotel, nas quais constava: – “Arrumação da suíte somente a partir da 2ª diária.” – “Troca de toalhas dia sim e dia não, contando a partir do dia do check-in.” Nosso check-in ocorreu às 15h do dia 16, com saída prevista para 12h do dia 18. Portanto, já estávamos na segunda diária quando solicitamos arrumação e troca de toalhas. Como estávamos na praia, retornávamos com areia, sal e protetor solar. Utilizamos as toalhas pelo menos três vezes no primeiro dia e novamente no segundo. O quarto superior não possui ventilação natural, o que fez com que as toalhas não secassem e ficassem com areia acumulada. Além disso, o quarto não foi limpo durante a estadia, permanecendo com areia no chão. Ao solicitar novas toalhas, fui informado pela recepcionista que não poderia fornecer, pois era “ordem da gerente”, e que o hotel estava cheio e não havia toalhas disponíveis. Ou seja, além de não realizarem a limpeza, também se recusaram a substituir um item básico, mesmo já estando dentro da segunda diária. A comunicação enviada pelo próprio hotel não menciona indisponibilidade por lotação, nem impede fornecimento diante de necessidade. A postura foi inflexível e sem qualquer tentativa de solução. Considerando o valor elevado pago no período de alta temporada, considero a situação inaceitável.

O hotel é silencioso, bem tranquilo. O quarto é realmente muito bom, confortável e estrutura boa, o banheiro tbm é ótimo, ocorreu tudo bem. A equipe é ótima e são todas muito gentis. O café da manhã é ótimo, muita variedade de coisas. É perfeito porque o hotel é realmente de frente a praia, apenas atravessamos pra outra calçada e já estamos na praia, porém como sugestão, acho que seria melhor se adicionarem uma ducha na entrada, é bem chatinho entrar cheia de areia no quarto.. Mas de resto é tudo perfeito!
