has One looking to the main harbour area .The single
room was excellent and clean , while the staff were
friendly and helpful enough .

Yes, it can be a bit too noisy at night, but that's to be expected considering all the bars and the location of the apartments.
All in all, I personally enjoyed the stay and looking forward to seeing you again on the next trip to Las Palmas (hopefully next time it won't be in the middle of a storm ) :) :)"

"Disappointed overall. Issues with checkin as no link sent to do it online, the (virtual) hotel reception were helpful but it was stress I did not need. The WiFi did not get sorted until late afternoon then day after I checked in and to top it off, the balcony window shutter collapsed when I was putting it down on my last evening. This is a new place and I wish them well but I felt like it was unfinished and overall I was disappointed."
