"Stayed about 7 days and left to another hotel, because horrible insistent at the spa. The spa got a large nice swimming pool ( that was the only reason we stayed there) however a hotel guard is very aggressive and we left because he run in to the females shower screaming and threatening to me and my young 11y old daughter ( who was on the shower). He knew we were there but decided to come in there to scream and threaten us, because we were a few minutes late the spa closing time. It was...

"Great hotel in Gstaad. The room was comfortable and cozy and we really enjoyed the spa area with sauna, steam, jacuzzi, beds to relax in and light refreshments. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I wish we stayed here longer. "
