We used it for a one night stay (as a break in a long journey) and we arrived fairly late in the day, we learned later,after the time the reception normally closed but the staff were there to welcome us. Wonderful stay
"We loved this hotel, authentic with a rock/pop twist. We stayed in the Beatles room, which is up the spiral staircase and for 4 people. The main room has a huge king size bed with separate doors through to the 2 single beds. All staff we met were lovely and friendly. Lovely courtyard area for relaxing/ eating. Walking distance to all the sites and shops. We would definitely return. "
