"The property was maintained well, upbeat and fun. I stayed there for three nights, but the room was never cleaned or the towels were replaced with clean towels. I had to go to front desk for a hair dryer and had to purchase a hair conditioner."

"Absolutely charming historic hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby has everything needed to make yourself coffee and tea. There is a large fridge and freezer for guests to keep their personal items and a toaster and microwave. I enjoyed sharing coffee with my fellow travelers. It is right across the street from the Iron Door Saloon - oldest saloon in California. Absolutely recommend staying here for a great Yosemite/Gold rush town experience."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The property was about 20 minutes drive to the Yosemite Big Oak Plat entrance. There is a cafe by the hotel that serves breakfast to dinner, which is very helpful during the trip. Overall we were really glad that we chose the hotel."
