"A pretty nice place, really. The room was very clean with a modern decor. There's plenty of storage and a custom AC unit separate from the main thermostat. The bed was pretty comfy. I slept like a rock. The neighborhood is decent. There's a college and a baseball diamond just down the street. There's places to get refreshments etc The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The Arctic Club is my new favorite hotel in Seattle! We stayed one night for an event downtown, and it was easy to walk to and from my event and to and from the ferry. Staff were friendly. The room was nice. The breakfast was ample. It was pretty quiet, at least on our upper floor. Would definitely stay again!"

"Stayed here for a convention and it was great. Close enough to walk to the convention center but far enough away that we weren’t in the throng of people everyday. Staff were nice and the room clean and comfortable. There was also an amazing vegan Thai place just a few blocks away. I’d definitely stay here again! "

"New hotel in a beautifully renovated building in Pioneer Square. Great walkable location near Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, King Street Station and Ferry Terminal. Our Doug Fir Studio room was spacious and comfortable. Dinner at Salt Harvest was outstanding. Staff were super helpful. Highly recommend! "

Room is a reasonable size, modern and comfortable. Restaurant has delicious food, although the service is slow and inconsistent. I recommend the hotel! "
