Der Zugang war gut erklärt und damit gut zu finden. Personal habe ich keines angetroffen. Das Zimmer selbst war ordentlich und sauber, lediglich der Renovierung Stand ist etwas her. "Everything was great, especially the customer service staff at the reception, who were very friendly and helpful. The only issue during our 5-day stay was that the hotel experienced internet problems, and we only had Wi-Fi access on the first and last days. As we are from the UK and had limited mobile data available, my children struggled to watch YouTube and stay entertained. Apart from the internet issue, everything else was excellent, and we had a very pleasant stay."
