"Breakfast was ok. I wouldnt pay for it again. Everything else was great. I wish the roof top bae was open more hours. It was one of the reasons i booked the hotel but we couldnt go because it was closed. Great hotel and very clean rooms. Love the river view. "

"Zero notification of daily parking fee. Why is this hotel charging a $10 daily parking fee for customers? I’ve stayed in many Hampton hotels and none have ever charged a daily parking fee when you book a stay. Parking is included in your stay, at least for one vehicle! Room looked nice with a fantastic view, and hot showers. Clean towels and bedding. Crumbs in the chair and couch. Stains on furniture. Breakfast was disappointing. Poor choices for kids. Fresh fruit was melon, apple, oranges. Didn’t restock the muffins or yogurt throughout the entire breakfast time so if you had late risers, your selection was very slim. No apple or cranberry juice for kids. No chocolate milk selection. Overall the hotel was nice and a great location but it was overpriced due to spring break, then add the parking fee and it was the deal breaker for us. Feels like the customer is being taken advantage of because where else could we park and the hotel knows this. "

"The hotel was convenient for our stay in Cincinnati. We attended a theater show and Cincinnati Reds game. However, we specifically picked the hotel because it was one of the few downtown that advertised a pool and our granddaughter was with us. When we took her to the pool, the water was very very cold. I’m assuming it’s not heated. Also, the room that the pool was in was extremely cold. Family after family came down during the time we had our granddaughter in the pool and then left with disappointed children because of the temperature of the room and the pool. My granddaughter braved the cold water for a short time, but it was extremely disappointing. "

"The room was cleaned okay. There was a table that clearly had smudge marks but other than that it was good! Staff was good as well. Breakfast was okay.. Eggs were decent. The waffles when they were done were hard to eat. We ended up eating breakfast not at the hotel. Air conditioning was not the best either. If you moved it one degree it was either too hot or too cold. The pillows went flat really quick, so it was really hard to sleep. I know my mom that came with me could not fall asleep until after midnight. The doors to all the rooms slammed shut so if people came back late the doors would slam and wake me up. Overall I would not recommend staying here."

"Parking is pricey. No discount if staying multiple night. Cheapest toilet paper know to man. One of our bathroom doors was almost impossible to shut. Pool was so over filled that when a child got in, water ran over the sides. Water coming up through skimmer basket flooding the floor, very dangerous just walking. Reported the issue and nothing came from it. Truthfully, I’ve stayed in Choice Hotels, that were every bit as nice and had better toilet paper."
