"A very pleasant stay. Staff were great ambassadors, and extremely accommodating. Airport proximity and regularly scheduled shuttle were another plus, even for us non-business travelers. Great neighborhood for strolling and dining. San Fernando Blvd and its offshoots something of a Restaurant Row, you can eat out three meals a day for a week--without a car--before needing to repeat a restaurant. We weren't in town long enough to try the hotel's cafe."

"The valet parking is a total rip off and when I left at 4:30AM the valet was nowhere to be seen. I believe was sleeping in his car and someone had to go find him. Unacceptable!! I will never stay in a Sheraton hotel again."
