"Everything was perfect except one point. Breakfast options should be considered for those who eat Halal food. There were several options for egg/omelette but all of them had cheddar cheese except boiled eggs. Those who eat halal food, don’t eat cheddar cheese but mozzarella cheese is fine. Either have mozzarella cheeses option for halal foodies or without cheese"

"Under renovation. Shows breakfast on site so I assumed free breakfast. Expedia should have worded add in a different way. I was misled"

"It was expensive during the conference and honestly for the price we paid I expected better service and facilities. Better to have stayed in Downtown Ottawa and then take an Uber to the conference instead of staying here. And on top of that there's no breakfast included... the Hampton Inn next door included breakfast for cheaper!"

"Good value. This property is within easy walking distance of parliament, downtown and byward market. Also less a km from Museum of Nature. There were sports teams of kids when we were there so pool and sauna were busy. Lots of great dining very close by. Staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate with what was a very busy weekend for the hotel. "

"We were able to check in a little early as I have younger children with me and the long drive has made them very tired. The front desk was very understanding and very accommodating as well. We have 2 queen beds and a pull out couch . Very spacious room , the was very clean and the perfect temperature. The staff have been so kind , professional and understanding. Breakfast was fantastic the kids enjoyed the pancake machine , Mary was very helpful and just a joy to have , she helped the kids with the pancakes and even fetch us gluten free muffins. We are so grateful that she works there , the kids looked forward to seeing her the next morning. There was ample parking when we got but as we went out for dinner and came back the lot was full and had a hard time finding a spot. Understandly it was a Friday night and there was a birthday party in the event room and the same situation for Saturday night but that's understandable. Overall we had a clean room , friendly staff and a memorable trip for the kids . Will definitely be staying there again ."

"I felt like the Hotel was lovely. The Casino was great fun and they had fantastic band that played for free. I did find a pill on the floor in my room from a previous guest so that’s not good. The casino has plenty machines. The odds of losing are 100%. The pay out is terrible even at max bet. The wins are far and few between. It was fun overall. Food is not great, but I really think that is common for Ottawa."
