Frukosten var trevlig vid ett stort gemensamt bord och god mat, mannen på hotellet ordnade en riktigt bra kaffe! Poolområdet var rent och fräsch och det märktes att de tar väl hand om stället. "We really enjoyed our stay at this small guesthouse in old Siena! The highlight was the older, antique style property with original furnishings in an incredibly central location. The room was very clean, although we struggled a little with shower pressure. Huge compliments to the staff, who were welcoming and gave us wonderful sightseeing and dining recommendations. "The room was very nice, a large space, and was in a very quiet area, with transportation close nearby. Easy walking to more "local" spots (out of the city center). The communication was good, and they were quick to respond! The room was clean- but for one bit- there are some dead mosquito residue on the walls. Other than that, great spot, great location, safe location. I recommend for female solo travelers! "

"No power in room for over 2 hours and doors to main area locked and even though i emailed continously, no one came to fix. Had a large event second day that we were not informed of so felt very trapped by the over 100 people who took over the place for many hours. Hot tub is a tub with jets but has no heater. You need car if you want to do anything as taxis impossible to get and everything is far. Restaurant was closed on day we arrived so we had to order in. We were not informed of when it was to reopen likely because of the large event that we were not informed of. We left in the middle of our stay( mothers day) as we were very upset. We called hotels.com first and even they couldnt get in contact with the hosts. "
