"This place was disgraceful. I wish I had taken pictures. First the steps to the second floor (no elevator) were a hazard, steel plates loose, one missing altogether with crumbling concrete and black adhesive exposed. Front door was banged up and lock had a 3/4 inch hole like it had been broken in to. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Toilet paper holder and tissue holder fell out of wall when used, windows were so dirty I closed blinds so I would not have to see them. Draperies were crumbled and bedspread had a big hole in it. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this place. A beggar knocked on the car window while I was signing us in. My husband gave him some money to get rid of him."

"This is a very nice hotel, and the staff went all-out for graduation weekend with decorations in the lobby, etc. Made everyone feel at home and appreciated. Hotel is very clean and the breakfast is pretty good as hotel breakfasts go. Note if you're there for games or events at ECU that the campus is not within walking distance - it's a 10- to 15-minute drive."

"It wasn't horrible but no housekeeping for out stay and had to go to the counter for fresh towels the place is a little dated, toilet was loose in the room but it was clean, the bathroom was a little musty at first because the exhaust fan didn’t’ work but the overall price wasn’t too bad."
