One of the first entrants to chichi boutique hotel/motels on the NorthFork, the age is starting to show. The property is not handicap accessible. Loose stone driveway, unmarked parking and no handicap spots at all. A small outdated tv, todays standards. No coffee machine in the room and no ice machine location listed in any of the electronic only media available. If you not getting enough text messages just wait you will get plenty from them. Hopefully this once great new kid on the block will get the update it needs.

The Greenporter was a perfect location for our weekend stay. Walking distance to cute shops, restaurants and the harbor, and a short drive from many fun activities like wineries and wandering the waterfronts. Would definitely stay here again.
