Room was comfortable and affordable. They are in the process of remodeling so there were a couple of very small things that we noticed. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great location in the centre of everything. Parking was plentiful and safe. Great service at reception and everyone was very helpful. It was a basic room but had everything I needed

You pay for what you get. The rate was very reasonable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. In its heyday, I cannot imagine how beautiful the Greeneville Inn was. Today it needs a lot of work. Bathroom door was falling apart and repaired with screws, lots of building noise (heater, other residents water running, noisy hallway). Cleanliness was poor. Bed was comfortable.

The service desk person was excellent, rates were cheap. That is where the good stops. Filthy rooms, stains on bed spreads. The towels were dirty and one had Robinson in permanent marker written on it!! We had to go to dollar store and buy pillows, blankets and towels

The check in was simple, and they were able to accommodate us, despite us showing up 30 minutes early. Our room was clean and we had everything we needed.

Hotel had its plus and negatives. Walked into lobby area on a rainy day and noticed buckets all over the place collecting the rain water from the ceiling. We check in and head to our room through a hallway the reeks of cigarettes and freshly microwaved shrimp. We finally made it to our room and found it was actually pretty clean and looked like it had been updated recently. The next day we went to go through the forsaken shrimp hallway to my dismay there were 3 people smoking cigarettes in the hallway inside. ( I found where the cigarette smell was coming from). I said something to the front desk associate who really didn’t seem to care at all. Overall not the best not the worst, could have been a solid 3 starts besides the smoking indoors. My wife is pregnant and who wants to be around that.

The place is under construction so you can’t be picky of the cleanliness but staff was super nice. Our sink had a leak and when we got moved rooms we got downgraded and the quality isn’t as great but like I said it’s cheap and convenient.

The property was great overall. The rooms were clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. For the price, this hotel was well worth the money and we will gladly stay here again. Some things were dated, and there was no elevator to go to the second floor. We had requested the first floor so it wasn’t an issue for us. The pool was centrally located and looked clean. The hotel wasn’t perfect, but the big items for us 1)clean 2)quiet 3) comfy beds 4) affordable were outstanding.

Property was a bit rundown, pool empty, exterior appeared to need maintenance and paint. This was once a very nice property, now getting worn out. Staff was terrific though! Bed was comfy, room quiet, adequate for the price.

This is a property that was very high class at one time - but over the decades it has not been maintained well. The room itself was nice as was the lobby and the staff was friendly. The pool was in good shape, but the grounds were full of weeds and the exterior was in poor condition. It was a good value for what we paid - so no complaint. If the property was renovated, it would probably be a center for meetings again since it had three banquet / meeting rooms.
