"Everything about this stay was fantastic! When I checked in the lady at the desk was being screamed at by someone on the phone by someone that didn't understand cancellation policies when you book with a 3rd party. She showed kindness and grace to them, then turned to me and was kind as could be. All of the staff we encountered shared that same kindness. The room was very clean and the location is just a few minute drive to the metro. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area."
