Hotels near Green Park

"Renovation very small bathroom with just toilet and tub ,you know that old look but rooms are just as you see in the pictures I believe they had an open bar but i was not feeling well to checking it out But it soud loke people were definitely enjoying the night other than rvat pretty neat comfortable and clean the only con for me is the outside entrance to room but you will love y I ur stay and for pool lover the pool look like it was open Just no one i. It "

"The pictures are very deceiving. Although on the cheaper side, it looked clean and updated. It was not. When booking for my husband, I always find him something with breakfast and a hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t working. And well, with all the cockroaches, he didn’t even look to see if there was breakfast. He killed multiple cockroaches in his room. He also said his room smelled like stale cigarettes. Only two thin blankets came on the bed, it didn’t even have a fitted sheet on it. And the floor did not look like it had been vacuumed. The tub also had a bunch of cracks in it. I tried to find him a different hotel, but with the fishing tournament in town, I couldn’t. Do not recommend. "

"My complaint is not with the hotel....it was excellent and the staff was superb. Hotels.com made this reservation for ? plus ? for cancellation insurance. The cancellation insurance was supposed to be ? but when I asked Hotels.com said the price was for two days since I checked in on the 25th and out on the 25th.....??????? In addition, when I checked out on the 26th, I asked for a receipt for my expense account and received a folio for ? When asked, I was told to contact Hotels.com for an explanation. Again, this whole complaint is toward Hotels.com.....I knew better, but did it anyway......never again!!!"
