Staff wasn't there lots of time had to wait. Rooms need lots of updating faucets bad in sink and tub, door so loose on entry you could see light around them.lamp didn't work had to find cords and got some of THEM going. They have no place there thats in there picture, flat lie!! Have to ask for breakfast coupon for restaurant next door. They dont tell you that when checking in!!! OR GIVE IT TO YOU WHEN CHECKING IN..NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN,!!!!
Staff was ok. The room walls are dirty. The mirror wasn't cleaned. The door was difficult to lock. The room was too dark with 4 lamps only 2 working near the beds. No ice machine.
I originally checked in for 3 days. The girl who checked me in did something wrong so when I got to my room the keys didn't work. I had all my bags so I called the desk to ask them to bring me working keys, they refused. I went to the front desk admittedly pissed, but instead of apologizing, the guy gave me a huge attitude. He gave me keys to a different room, at first I didn't know why, but I eventually figured it was out of spite. The hotel was pretty much empty (no more than 20% full) & he put me right above a smoker. The bottom floor on this side of the hotel, appeared to have section 8 residents, not hotel guests. I'm pretty sure the girl on the end was hooking too because cars would come & go all day. At night I'd hear arguing matches between the residents. There was a wifi connection w/ no Internet. The TV had an extremely weak signal & would go in & out all day. The room was recently remodeled but filthy. I put a towel on the floor when I got out of the shower, realized I didn't have a towel in the room to dry of w/ & scooted my feet out of the restroom, still on the towel. When I got my towel and dried off, I could see the towel on the floor was filthy. This was basically just from wiping it on the floor for a few feet. I requested a room change & needed to extend my stay for another 2 days. This place is pretty big so I figured there'd be space away from the residents. The guy told me I had to check out at 11 & back in at 3. I checked out & moved to another hotel.
Were asked for a smoking or non-smoking room, said non-smoking and were put into a smoking room. Call the front desk and he told us to turn on the fan. Room and bedding stunk like smoke. Requested a room with the double queens for four adults, which was only good for two breakfasts per room. I feel like we got scammed.
It was noisy, walls are thin. Very light up and no way to block out the light to sleep. Every time I was woke up I thought it was daylight outside when it is 1 or 2 in the morning. Very hard to go back to sleep.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness
The bathroom floor was very dirty, you could see stuff that had dripped down the bathroom door, and the sheets had burn holes? in them. The tub did not drain well. They did change the sheets when I asked and are willing to solve issues if you tell them. Overall, it was worth the money since it is very inexpensive, but the condition of the rooms are pretty run down. Definitely in need of a deep clean.
The room was clean, but there was no Cold Water at the lavatory. It wasn’t pleasant brushing my teeth with Hot Water. Remodeling in the lobby left a lot of dry wall dust everywhere. The parking lot has so much trash and holes, it may as well be a gravel lot. No exterior lights or signage, so you can’t find it at night. Handicap Parking is a joke. Very poorly marked. Trash along the sidewalk. Looks like no one has picked it up ever. The place looked trashy.
The staff was pretty cool the checking lady at night was very cool the daytime one kind of stinky attitude the rooms were clean they are doing construction work there so it is a little Dusty at times but other than that it's pretty good would definitely stay there again

The bathroom wall had black mold. The hair dryer fell off the wall, the sink faucet handle came off when I went to turn water on. Killed two German roaches. Worst place I have ever stayed in. The Manager offered me a discount on next stay. Told him I was there for a funeral and would not be returning in future. Did not offer any other compasation.
They are doing remodeling, which makes some areas messy with construction. The areas that are remodeling look nice. For the price, a good place to stay.
The location looks as if it needs to closed. The parking lot was torn up and had lots of pot holes with parts of it taped off with caution tape. The rooms were extremely dirty. We had to ask to be switched to another room, due to the fact that it was so dirty. After being switched to another room it was just as dirty as the first. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves. Walls were splattered with unknown substances and drawn on with markers. Nats were flying around in the room. Bathroom walls were filthy and the door was damaged and wouldn't close. Dirty sink and mirrors. The hair dryer fell off the wall. The room was dusty with cob webs. The wall sockets weren't working and if they did you were almost shocked plugging in anything, majority of the lighting didn't work in the room. Holes in the wall. Bed sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. The mini fridge leaked water all over the floor and froze everything whether you wanted frozen or not. We weren't told of the complementary breakfast. Front desk staff were very unprofessional in attitude and attire.
This place is falling apart. Parking lots was half dirt and the other half chunks of concrete. The front desk guy gave me a room that was already occupied. Went up to the room and the door was open. I looked in and someone was already there. It also looked filthy which was representative of the rest of the property. I was totally uncomfortable staying there so I went down the road and booked somewhere else. Front desk refused to give me a refund. I do not know why Hotels.com even lists this property. I have booked numerous time with you and this is by far the worst experience ever.

Do not leave anything in your room they will steal!!! Also will not do anything about it
I stayed here for four nights and cooked a meal on the last night. The property is under construction and it looked like a construction zone. There was no ventilation in my room requiring me to open the door to air out the smoke while cooking. That was when my dog got out of the room, and we returned home without him. Fortunately, someone found him, and we made a second trip to retrieve him. We stayed at the same hotel out of convenience, but I'd never stay here again.
The grounds are nothing like the pictures and the service is very bad. The toilet wouldnt stop running, the keys had to be reset daily...Looks like its been under construction for years...would not recommend and very disappointed that hotels.com has it on their site..smh
