"Immediate at check in we learned that the pool heater was broken. I noted that should be something listed online at booking (I had looked at the hotels website before booking on expedia) With not being able to get a refund we carried on. As expected the pool was freezing. There were only a few towels. We requested some from the front desk and the gave a few. "The front desk staff was nice with check in. The hallway on the second floor smelled like smoke bad. In our room wasnt bad but walking in the hall you could tell the no smoking inside is not enforced. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. "

"The first room they gave us smelled like an old dirty refrigerator. The second room wasn’t much cleaner. There was a party going on till 3 AM. The people at the front desk were ordering drugs from their friends. When we decided to check out the next morning, the hotel refused to refund the rest of our stay. Expedia also refused to refund the rest of our stay."
