"Noooooooo luke,warm, or hot water AT ALL!!!!!! I mean none!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! It was absolutely cold water and I let the water run to see if it would get warm or hot as time went by and nope it was cold!!!! We also noticed the room floor had all dead bugs, tons everywhere including on the walls in the room. we didn't get to notice all this till after eleven p m.When we came back from the casino and by that time nobody was at the office. Also, The breakfast was terrible and the options were very limited, and I did try to have a little bit of cereal and a cup of coffee and the cereal was steal and old. mind you i was one of the first people to go for breakfast at 7 am. it was horrible (the door had just been opened) We had neighbors next door for a few hours outside very very loud outside their door and even with us having the tv on, we could still hear how loud for hours they went on, it started after 12 midnight and didn't end till after 3 am. It was such a horrible stay and night. The bed springs also made the ending for a nights sleep soooooo bad we would Not recommena yone and we hope the owners can fix and address those issues because the amount of money you pay for a night, we shouldn't have service like that. They need and must do better!!!! Not cool at all, but the best part is the fire pit outside and the hanging outside lights unfortunately. I can only say and give part of a star for that because otherwise don't waste your hard earned money on trash for any night"

"Location of the hotel is great. Out of town but can uber into town and not deal with the traffic. Tickets excellent food. Would like to see in building two in the suites: larger TV in the living area, Better lighting in the living area, remove the desk and put a small table and chair set. We absolutely enjoy staying here and usually plan to bring a meal or two and there’s no place to eat it on. It’s close to a convenient store and a couple of different restaurants. Clemmins is a wonderful ice cream shop literally feets away from the hotel. Close to the beaches just a nice place to be on the outskirts and not deal with the hubub of downtown."

"This was a basic, clean, hotel where everything worked. The price was competitive. Hotel parking was on-site and free. It was not walkable to downtown Mystic, so we drove. The breakfast was standard for this type of Hilton hotel. Nothing remarkable, but so comforting to be in a place you can depend on."

"This is the Closest Affordable Hotel to Newport and the only one with a Hot Tub & Sauna. The Sauna is Good & Hot; the Hot Tub could be Hotter and with Better Jets. But overall, this is the Best & Closest to Newport in Middletown. Rooms are Clean & Updated and Decent Hot Breakfast is Included."

"The room was clean, except for a couple of dirty spots behind the bathroom door that I noticed the night before checking out. The bed was VERY FIRM, if that's your thing, you'll be happy, but my back is a bit sore today. The hotel itself, looked great from the pictures, but it's clearly in need of some TLC. It felt a bit neglected in some areas, which made us a bit sad because this hotel has the potential to be very nice. There were loose pebbles all over the indoor/outdoor pool deck, the whirlpool doesn't bubble aggressively, which is fine I guess, but it needs a bit more power than it currently is, especially if they're going to feature hard mattresses. I prepaid $37 for the breakfast. Don't bother, unless you have a room full of people that will benefit from it. The breakfast is otherwise a la carte with microwaveable breakfast sandwiches priced around $3.50. They have waffles, bagels, English Muffins which can all go in the toaster as well. Cereal, Bottled Juices and coffee are all pretty cheap too. So, needless to say, I lost a few bucks by prepaying here. There's a great diner literally 3 minutes up the street, that would be my recommendation. They don't do daily house keeping either, but will try to accommodate special requests. For us, it was a short 2 night stay so it's not that big a deal, but any longer, and it might be a problem. The staff were all friendly but somewhat hard to find at times, We began to wonder if this is a corporate call?"
