"I would recommend this hotel as it is placed in the woods, not too far and not too close to downtown. It is quiet and has a great nature around it. Great staff, kind and helpful.
To improve: shower, ambient music (same 5 songs the whole day...you can go crazy), late check in (they do not consider entering 14 hours late and charged the complete day)"

Nosso chalé apresentava goteira na sala, internet sem funcionar e cortinas com mofo. Apenas a cortina foi retirada. Passamos dois dias reclamando da internet e da goteira, sem solução.
Solicitei mosquiteiro para o berço da minha filha e disseram que não havia. Ela foi picada por insetos e precisou de medicação. Só após ir...
