I loved staying at Bupitanga was magical every thing was so perfect the stuff is super nice specially the guys that work at pool and breakfast. I will definitely stay there again. I love Pipa !!!!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options. I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the pool area. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Espetacular!!

Espetacular!! Tudo no hotel é perfeito. O atendimento é extremamente atencioso, a gastronomia é diferenciada e a estrutura excelente. O café da manhã é fabuloso, pois além do buffet ainda há opções personalizadas a lá carte que vão bem além do tradicional. Além dos pães e bolos serem todos artesanais.

Péssima Experiencia. Infestação. Carne Estragada.

A nossa experiência foi muito ruim. Ao chegarmos no hotel estava tudo bem aparentemente. Fizemos o check in e saimos para jantar na cidade. Ao retornarmos, nosso quarto estava tomado por formigas. No chão, na cama etc. Informamos aos responsáveis que ofereceram uma acomodação, de mesma categoria, alternativa. Daí começou uma peregrinação em diversos quartos, todos também com formigas. Passadas 23 horas, finalmente o gerente foi até um quarto (de categoria inferior) e inspecionou (ou fez uma limpeza). Passamos uma noite péssima, em parte porque ficamos chateados por nao aproveitar a privacidade do que locamos (e pagamos). Depois de "resolvida" a situação da infestação, retornamos ao quarto que havia sido pago. Segundo o gerente (Cleber) o hotel iria compensar de alguma forma. Infelizmente, para compensar toda a experiência, o hotel ofereceu um almoço ou jantar de compensação e depois um voucher, que só poderia ser usado em dias de semana e até determinado periodo, ou seja, impossivel, pois moro em Manaus e trabalho. Para completar, na noite da nossa ultima diária, além de ter que lidar novamente com formigas, pedimos um hamburguer. A carne estava estragada, cheiro e gosto horriveis. Ainda tive que "me defender", haja vista que o gerente e o chef de cozinha (que nem sei se existe mesmo) provaram e disseram que estava tudo certo. Novamente, o hóspede tem uma experiencia péssima e tudo que foi nos foi dado, foram desculpas. Não volto, não recomendo.

Foi incrível a estadia no Bupitanga. O bangalô é lindo, cheiroso, espaçoso. O hotel é bem arborizado, silencioso. Tudo que queríamos. Pois tem quartos mais reservados. A área de lazer também é bem linda. E ficamos surpresos quando vimos que estávamos em cima do chapadão. Que é uma das belezas de Pipa. Café da manhã também delicioso. Voltaremos!
