"We know the hotel is very nice, it has excellent facilities, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable and they are super clean and the service of the cleaning staff excellent. What we did not like is that in many areas and restaurants the air conditioning did not work and that is very uncomfortable. Our group was ten people so we had 5 rooms reserved. In my opinion it is a little complicated for the hotel when they are groups and this is because of the experiences lived during our stay. The first thing is that making reservations for restaurants is a mission because all the time it appears that it is not There are spaces available. After that you can't book for more than 4 people. That if we want a table for 10 we have to pay. The other thing is that when we arrived at the restaurants after having booked independently at very close hours we arrived and the restaurant was practically empty or with 4 tables occupied.we also had the bad experience that the food did not arrive on time and when it arrived it was incorrect this happened to us in the restaurant El Asador and in the Gondola. One of our friends his food took 25 minutes to be brought to the table which is something that should not happen and no one knew how to give an explanation only that the kitchen was wrong.The other thing is that on his page it says that all the liquors are included and when we ordered in each bar they did not have whiskey, vodka or even wine) they said they have to go to another to see,and hot beers"
