Greater Antilles hotel rooms a the SuperClubs

"This resort is beautiful! The rooms were huge, the decor is exactly what the pictures look like. The staff madebsure our room was clean and well stocked everyday. Also, if you declined housekeeping earlier you can request it 24hrs a day. Room service was a plus, the woukd come in 30 mins or less with whatever you order. The bar staff was fun and always had a recommendation for a tasty drink. The pools all of them we well maintenanced and there was a pool staff activity team that was awesome. Shark and the rest of his team made everyone feel welcome into all of the activities. We had a great time. We didn't use the spa. We only had one problem, our toilet jammed uo but, it was a easy fix. We put in a maintenance order via the hotel app. They came within 20 mins and fix the problem. I thought that spoke volumes of the way this hotel take care of its guests. Lastly, every buffet was clean and items were replenished quickly. You can order food from the chefs any way you would like. They took care of us even when we had no tips. They treated us tge same. With that being said please tip the staff. They are well worth it!!!! I would recommend this resort to everyone, families also. We would definitely stay here again. THANKS "

"Staff are great here, our butler Jean-Claude was awesome. Locations is great too right on the middle of Bavaro beach. Barmen at the main lobby bar were great too. We had some minor maintenance issues with our room, but once they discovered that they couldn’t fix it, we were given an alternate. Food was generally very good, but Italian (though better than last year) was still jus ok, but the Japanese, Steak house and French restaurants were very good, again staff friendliness and attentiveness was excellent. We would definitely return."

"Please get to Jamaica and have the best time. They want you there. They are ready for you there. Take SMALL BILLS to tip- It will make your life easier than trying to break big bills. Entertainment was awesome. Service awesome. Food amazing "
