"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was absolutely beautiful, and the grounds were immaculate and very well maintained. The staff at the front desk, the bellhops, the pool waitresses, and the bartenders were all exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only suggestions I have would be to offer more variety in the food options and consider keeping some of the dining venues open later in the evening.
My one real disappointment was with the two ladies working the Activities/Excursions Desk. They were not very helpful and didn’t provide much insight or recommendations on places to visit or things to do while exploring Puerto Rico. Since many guests rely on that desk for local guidance, I believe this is an area that could be improved.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. With a few small improvements, it would easily be a five-star stay."
