"Our only issue, what the maid service did not come to our room for 2 days. We had to call each time to come and clean room. The coffee crew was awesome. good coffee and friendly"

"It’s unfortunate that the hotel has poor communication. The entire weekend we had to be personally let into our room as the key card system was down. No one communicated this to us, resulting the first time on Saturday being locked out for a long time as we waited for a staff member to help with 2 toddlers and an infant who needed food in the room. Upon checkout no one could offer us any refund discount or give us information to communicate with someone about this. Pool towels are super small and scratchy. They also run out and will not replace them so I suggest bringing your own. Also housekeeping was not good. I had to call multiple times for extra towel and our room and trash was not attended to the entire 4 night stay. Other rooms were putting trash in the hallway and we ended up doing the same. It stayed there for quite some time. I do not recommend staying here as a family."

"Good location to airport, had a few minor problems - the laundry station you need an app and have to load 10$ even if you only Need one load. The key card fob on door happened To run out of batteries so had to wait for maintenance to fix to let us in back in. the early morning shuttles were all booked before we got there so wasn’t able to use the them (uber was 30$) A few lights etc didn’t work in room. Either way it was fine for a one night stay."

"Nice Hotel, just steps from 16th Street and the Convention Center. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, housekeeping was hit and miss for us: Not sure if they were supposed to come in every day or every other day (was never informed), but when they did come in after the second night, the trash was not emptied, so it was still an issue although not a big one. Other than that, a good hotel worth staying at."
