"The hotel is beautiful, and the room was absolutely beautiful. My only complaint, I felt the bathrooms were small. There didn’t seem to be enough space to put your personal items."

"I am handicapped (leg amputation) and thought I had booked a handicapped room. When I got there to check-in I discovered my room was on the second floor and it was not handicapped. The associate at the desk worked hard to rebook things and found an accommodation that worked well for me. In addition, it was quite and an upgrade! I was extremely happy for her caring and providing something more fitting for me."
