"We stayed at Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls for a night and specifically requested a microwave in our room at the time of booking due to our special needs children and their dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, there was no microwave in the room upon arrival. After checking in, the front desk assured us that one would be delivered within a few minutes, but it never arrived, even by the next morning.
At 10:00 AM the following day, I called to request plates so I could heat and serve my children's food using the common microwave on the floor. I was told that the hotel does not provide plates or cutlery. This left us with no practical way to prepare meals for our children.
We were disappointed by the lack of accommodation and follow-through, especially after clearly communicating our family's special needs in advance. The place is certainly not special needs friendly!"
