Great Lakes hotel rooms a the Millennium Hotels

Staffs were all friendly and room is clean. It is just too noisy since we are very near the ice maker.

It was a good night's stay. Walking distance to Parliament Hill and other sights. I like their toiletries, Dove. Breakfast has a variety of selection.

Calling the hotel for the airport shuttle from an international line was not easy. The call gets cut. Only one airport shuttle pick-up and drop-off entitlement per booking. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The one time that we requested servicing of the room during our 5-day stay, bed sheets were not changed, only fixed. They did change the towels though.
