"The room was clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels and soaps. The hotel was decorated very nice for Christmas. "

"Staying in Fairmont was such a fairy tale. We got a beautiful room with amazing view. Library bar food was delicious. Overall, hospitality was awesome. Only thing that was disappointed that was parking, it should be a part of stay at no additional cost. Also, there was no instructions mentioned if a person is parking his/her own car, not by valet."
