"This a beautiful stay near Tianmen Mountain. The staff is so nice and really help with arrangements with Zhangjiajie activities including tickets. To arrive from Zhangjiejia west station I had to tell Didi driver Qiman Tianmen Resort instead of XMAN and it worked. (it's on Amaps). I loved the mattress and projector screen was cool. The food available from the lobby restaurant was so good. Breakfast and dinner both available."

"Helpfullness is fully there. I never once felt confused or intimidated to ask for help. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Rooms are always kept clean. I don't eat breakfast so cant contribute much there. The gym is a bit lack luster but might be renovations and you won't be there all day. For a good homebase this is a 10/10. Just be aware that the Chinese culture is very different and that cant be reflected on the hotel. If you are staying short or long term I definitely recommend them."

The main address is: HunanZhangjiajieYongdingPengjiapu Unit, Guanli Road No.1-21. This is a family owned place, the husband speaks some English and is very helpful. The wife man's the front desk at the main building and the son on the other. Very clean and close to food and Tianmen Mountain Cableway."
