"The worst hotel stay ever!!! The bathroom clogged and we called front desk at 6 am to get help because water was gushing out of toilet.The lady on duty said the engineering was not available.We called again and asked if we could go to another room to bath and change clothes.The front desk clerk told us yo go to the front desk to pick up keys.We asked why they couldn’t bring to us.She said that she couldn’t leave front desk.We kept calling and they gave us the runaround.They finally got someone to come but it was 8:30 am.We had to remove the water ourselves.The lady hung up the phone on and didn’t offer no compensation for the hassle and headache we endured.I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!!! "
