"Advertised as a 24 hour check in but when I arrived at 10:00 pm (after giving confirmation on line of arrival time )I was still waiting outside for almost 45 minutes before I received a WhatsApp message with the door code on and which room I was staying in . So I didn't get to my room until nearly 11:00 pm .when I got in bed the noise from above me was hurrendace And as I eventually nodded off I was woken by a male banging and kicking and trying to open the door to the room shouting let me in Tim . I shouted he'd got the wrong room I heard him go down the corridor. A few moments later there was loud foot steps up and down the corridor of the floor I was on ,.So getting any sleep there is a no no . The en-suite was really small you couldn't have a shower if you are over the size of a 14/16 . Ther was no plug in the sink , the tv in the room didn't work and all though I went in march 2026 it was still quite cool and the heating in the room was on very. Minimal the radiators were barely warm,and the windows in both the room and en-suite were wide open , open to the limit of the hinges allowing them open the room was cold I had to sleep in pjs and a cardigan and there was only a thin quilt tucked on the bed maybe a 3.5 ish so I was cold even when I went to bed . Spent 2 nights there and never again . "
"Great friendly staff. Good sized apartment. Overall great stay with a lovely village location. Park very close for exercising our dog (must be on leads, which suits ours) Apartment requires a little upgrading work ;just pipes out of the bathroom wall no radiator/towel rail with no where to hang towels in bathroom, some water marks in hallway from upstairs ( we presume) and some stains to carpet and minor stains on couch. My daughter struggled with the zip together bed middle ridges and felt the mattress slipped to the front opening side. All in all we did enjoy the stay and would stay again. Thanks "
"Stayed here had a broken bathroom window on looking to a house . Heating did not work and had to ask for a heater as was freezing. The bed was more or less on the floor it was so low . The whole hotel looks like its been closed for years and someones re opened without doing anything . No sea view where i was either "
