"The staff was absolutely amazing! From the front desk receptionists to the security guard. They were absolutely lovely. The hotel itself is right in the heart of everything and you have easy walkable access to amazing parts of the city. Plus the views are spectacular! The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but clean, and when I had to move rooms for my comfortability they were extremely accommodating and accessible. Some things are broken, and the pool isn’t the cleanest but it is outside. Plus breakfast is not free! Kinda unfortunate but otherwise a very great, comfortable hotel right in the middle of beautiful Salt Lake City! I would 100% stay again."

"No microwave or coffe pot was a real bummer and no ac in the room as well as shower was slow to drain in the room i stayed in so for that reason it doesnt get full stars."
