"Hotel is well located. Room is reasonable clean. Breakfast selections are ok. Noise beach club/ night club is on top floor, which makes customers are very uncomfortable to stay in the room, when room is under beach club/night club."

"Cet hôtel est magnifique! Tout neuf et merveilleusement entretenu. La vue montagne est superbe. Les chambres sont grande avec beaucoup de rangement. Le spa était un gros plus après une journée de randonnée. L’hôtel est au pied du Mont Veyrier pour les randonneurs c’est extra. Notez que vous êtes à 3.5 km à pied du vieux Annecy mais il y a des super resto tout près."

"I liked that the property was so close to train station and a few restaurants. It made getting to my morning bus very convenient. Once I moved to an interior room the noise from the room on the street, entirely diminished and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, warm and helpful which made my stay more enjoyable. I wish there had been a fridge in the room, and a common lounge area."

"Great hotel, friendly staff, made use of the heated pool over our four day stay, we loved the terrace above the pool for eating our breakfast bought from the bakery in reception and late afternoon cocktails. Great location, close to the old town of Annecy and a great view of the lake from the terrace. We had classic double rooms and they were very well equipped. Cannot comment on hotel breakfast as we did room only but the bakery was great for breakfast, lunch and beautiful pastries. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Lobby is fabulous. Rooms are basic. Mont Blanc balcony was obstructed by trees. Still nice. Beds too soft. Not comfortable for us at all. They need to be changed. All else was great. Close to bus and everything else !"

"Very welcoming staff.Lovely bright clean room. Gorgeous views from balcony (4th floor) Spa balcony lovely to sit out early evening. Well situated to wander along beach front. Not very far from Old Town for evening walks. We didn’t book breakfast but little bar downstairs was lovely to come back to on the evening."

"Good property in Annecy. However, the unit was much smaller than on the pictures. It doesn’t have ac, be aware if you travel in the summer. Very basic. Located far from the centre, so a lot of walking or using bus plus walking. Not expensive compared to more central properties. Secured parking."
