"Everything was great except for the maple sausages at breakfast lol. Plus i didn't know what had gluten ir not in it. The only other thing was no plain black tea. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a lovely stay. "

"The room was clean. The hallway smelled liked like weed and so did the outside entrances. The elevators are sketchy. We stayed in a handicapped accessible room. There were poorly placed grab bars, they need some guidance on ADA placement. There was a young woman with a dog begging from the occupants to pay for a hotel stay for her and her dog. She managed to have 3 people pay for her to stay. We brought to the staff’s attention so they could contact someone to assist her for shelter nothing was done it was allowed by the staff. Overall we thought it was ok but would not stay here again."

"This hotel was under renovation when I stayed 04/02-04/05. I love that they had 2 restaurants on property because I didn't have a rental car. Breakfast in the cafe was DELICIOUS and affordable! The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and shops that are walking distance. I forgot to alert front desk on my departure that the toilet in my room could have been cleaned. Good thing I travel with clean products, but there was fecal matter stuck in the canal, and it was very to remove. Also, the toilet will be needing some work because if I didn't jiggle the handle, it would have kept running. I loved that the room and beds have sensor lighting. More specifically, there were sensor lights underneath/around the bed, but I had to get maintenance to turn them off because the sensors weren't working because the lights kept me up most of the night. The hotel has an indoor/outdoor pool. Unfortunately, this pool doesn't open until Memorial Day weekend. IMO, Indoor pools should be open all year like many hotels who have indoor pools. All in all, I would stay there again. "

"Found dirty clothing from a previous guest in my room. Turned me off from the property and made me question how well the rooms were being cleaned. Didn’t return."

"The TV didn’t work. No one would answer the front desk phone. There was no iron in the room. I had to walk to the front desk at 6am and the young male was so rude, he continued to talk on the phone about technical issues. I had to interrupt and ask for an iron and tell him the TV didn’t work. He said housekeeping would be in at 7:30am; however no one ever came. I called back and got an answer around 8:30am. The young lady working brought the iron to me…. I rate this place an overall 0-1."
