"This is my go-to the last few years when I come to Panama City beach. It's a little hidden gem. The rooms are spacious. The beds are pretty comfortable. Yes it can get loud during peak season but that's anywhere you go in the beach. The staff has always been extremely sweet and I've never had a problem at check-in. You can't beat the price and location. The beach is always quiet and the views are absolutely amazing. Our last day the manager was amazing and gave us some free meal coupons. We will be returning soon."

Kids running around and in the neighborhood behind the hotel looked rough. Loud music and party in parking lot. Beds were comfy and clean. Picture in room 206 had mold or mildew growing "
