"Resort was full of amenities that kept everyone in our party (ranging from age 10 to 70) entertained. However, DO NOT get roped into “resort tour and review” offered when you pick up parking pass. It is a 4-hour timeshare sale, which was a total waste on my last full day at the resort. Also, despite the high entrance fee, waterpark does not provide towels, even to rent, so make sure to take them or you’ll cough up $25/towel to buy. Food was meh at most restaurants, but staff was nice. Lastly, information about the resort shuttle and locations/maps of trails across the resort were difficult to find."

"Clean room but could have used more shampoo and soap. Staff did not freshen up room during the day, would have liked clean towels and trash removed. Pool was closed and ice machine was broken. Plenty of parking and grounds were clean and inviting."

"We were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival to early check-in to our spacious, modern and cozy condo. It was a beautiful unit with the amenities that we needed including a spacious furnished screened in porch. The activities offered were perfect for my family which includes teenagers. They loved it all and we had a wonderful time. Planning to return possibly every year. My only complaint is the high pressure timeshare presentations being offered here. Aside from the constant offers to view the property, we had an awesome time."

"I loved how conveniently located it was to all the trails and the restaurant on site. The food and coffee shop was pretty good and the views were so amazing. The Expedia ad did not say anything about the room I booked being a “traditional” room meaning no A/C or refrigerator. The WiFi in the room was very bad and if I wanted to use my phone I had to go to the main lobby. But other than that my stay was great! I would book again!"
