First time in my life I've seen a resort or hotel with a check-in at 5 PM and a check-out at 10 AM. There's nothing to do past 9 PM for adults who want to have a night out, eat, and relax. This place is for the early birds. If you arrive late, where are you supposed to go? You have to eat when everything is outside the resort, and it takes about fifteen minutes to get outside and actually find something. During the daytime, you can find the front desk, but at night it's so dark and hard to locate. It's a good place but needs small improvements for customers who travel from different time zones and want to eat, relax, and enjoy the nights.

Area is very family friendly. Lots and lots to do but a little pricey. Staff was friendly but didn’t tell us if we could use the indoor/outdoor pool with our stay or how much it was and I couldn’t find any info on site. The condo rooms are very spacious and the spa tub was nice. Just be aware you have to wash/dry your own towels and linens. And bag up and dispose of your own trash.
