We had to book a different hotel, because the place was closed because of a water leak, Expedia has contacted a hotel, and we have going to get a complete refund, thank you Expedia for taking care of this so promptly

The room was okay, restaurants were good and it was nice that they were in the hotel. However in the evening there was no hot water. When we tried to call the front desk we realized the phone cord on the phone in the room was cut. I then called using my cell phone and was only able to get through to reservations. After 20 minutes of trying to get the front desk I gave up.

We have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years for the World Horse Expo. This year was by far the worst. The hotel just seems run down, at least the rooms. The room had some white powdery substance all over by the air conditioner. There was no fridge in the room for drinks or leftovers. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning. Another guest had a dog that yapped and barked all night. Our group was treated poorly in the Winner’s circle by the line dancers. We were physically pushed while on the dance floor. We did not sleep at all. Our group of 20 rooms will be finding a different place to stay next year.

Despite being on 4th floor heard highway traffic all night. Breakfast no longer automatically included. Brown water came out of shower faucet when turned on. Clearly no one has vacuumed under the ottoman in some time.

Mediocre facilities at best, great staff
The hotel is very run down: the hot water did not work, there was mold in the doorways where the carpet was coming up, the shower head was broken and only sprayed hard pulse or sprayed out the bottom all over the bathroom, the pool was dirty, hot tub drained, blood spots on the patio. We booked a room with a couch for my son and were given a room with a chair (they did accommodate with a rollaway bed). They were fully booked. Staff was pleasant and helpful, but I won't be staying there next year in the current state of cleanliness/rundown facilities
