"We had a great stay at the Heritage Hotel. Last night, the staff showed exceptional politeness and patience, even while dealing with technical issues with the room card maker. Everyone remained calm and professional in what was clearly a delicate and stressful moment.
I want to give a special shout-out to Miss Stephanie at the front desk—she handled the overwhelm incredibly well. Her grace, efficiency, and top-notch customer service truly stood out. Honestly, her professionalism alone would make me want to return to this hotel. She is simply the best!"

"Came to town for a game at Busch Stadium. The property is only a few minutes drive from the Metro transit station that has free parking for metro riders, so great location! This was our second stay at the property. Great staff at both check-in and check-out. The bathroom this time had a couple signs of wear and tear, but overall the room was clean and comfortable.
