"Not clean, food under the bed, hair in the plughole or the sink Staff were somewhat helpful, but not overly apologetic Did give us 50% of one night and moved us rooms only when we had to complain a second time Outside space was nice, bar staff were lovely"

"Everything was perfect. We did not add breakfast whilst booking rooms as we were not sure if we would do breakfast at the hotel. However, we decided to have breakfast on payment however the staff didn’t charge us for the breakfast and said that they had no shows! Nice gesture! "

"Nice big rooms with everything you need including a mini fridge. Staff all very friendly and helpful, we got a complimentary early check in as a Radison member so that was a nice surprise. Hotel is in a good location minutes from the market square. We always stay here when visiting Nottingham"

"Location was ideal for me as i needed to stay near family. Although there is nothing near by apart from Starbucks, Costa, KFC 10 mins away. The rooms were ok, bedding was clean Although underneath the beds was not. I found not nice things in there, like chewing gum, cigarette papers, French fries. I only used the rooms to sleep and shower. The main issue for me was the window latches were missing or very loose and i did not feel safe while sleeping. The windows are not double glazed. The room was on the ground floor. The weather was quite windy and the room was not warm due to the thin windows. I am ensure if i would stay there again. Next time i would specify a room in the top floor with no window latches missing. "
