"We could not fault the hotel in any way. The room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. All the staff were fabulous. Friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. Breakfast was a delight with lots of choices (though I was sorry to miss the black pudding) and all the plates were warm so the food didn't cool quickly. In all wonderful stay. Thank you."

"We always stay at the Lincoln Hotel when visiting Lincoln. Lovely staff, comfy beds, great breakfast. Excellent location for visiting the Bail, cathedral, castle and the Strait. Plenty of local shops and a visit to the Wig and Mitre is a must"

"Most things were excellent but the showers were very weak no power at all"

"The caravan was very clean and not what we expected at all. There was plenty of room on the inside for the 3year old to play and the wrap around decking let him run round outside without us having to keep an eye on him all the time. It is as also within walking distance of the complex which was nice. Overall we had a very nice few days, the only thing is most of the activities are closed on a Friday."

"Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. "
