"Had a confirmed booking and was charged however I never received any information on how to check into the property. I arrived at the property and no one was there for me to check in. I messaged the owner on the VRBO app and never received a response. After traveling several hours to stay at this property I had to scramble to make other arrangements for the weekend. VRBO customer service to resolve this and provide a refund is atrocious and have been no help."

"Older property, rooms were very clean and look to be updated, and sink area. Bathroom area, tub is very dated and needs an update, but was clean. Overall, we were very satisfied and not disappointed with price."
