A place to sleep

Place to sleep is about it. Bed was the best part of the stay. No coffee machine to make a morning brew. No breakfast offered. Bathroom door wouldn't close

Enjoyed my stay but glad I’m home

My day was very good. I was very comfortable. However, the hotel needs updates like yesterday. The staff were very friendly. I was able to go to sleep, and I have to worry about a lot of noise issues.

The place is a dump. There's supposed to be no smoking on the property. But yet people are smoking weed in their rooms and you can smell it. It's very ghetto, and people fight in the hallways, yelling back-and-forth all night long. It's a drug haven.

Will not be back here...!!!

Check in was great. When I go to the room the door would hardly open. The outside around the entry door had all sorts of trash around it and the security door wasn't closed. It did not close tightly at all making it a huge security issue. A handle on the drawers was off. The A/C worked great. There were no cups in the room to get a drink. The first day there was almost no hot water in the shower and the shower handle has just about fallen off.. I have stayed here a number of times in the past and it was much nicer. In the future I will have to find another place to stay. This place needs a lot of work and clean up. Way over priced for the accomodations...!!!

Rude, not clean

Not great. Things were missing from the room and it was half cleaned. When we brought it to the attention of the staff they said they couldnt fix our problem. Then my husband came back toward the desk and the staff was calling people picky for expecting at least a clean room. Mind you we stayed in the room because they were sold out but another couple asked to be moved right before because their room had not been cleaned at all.

My stay

The hotel was a little out of the way, but nothing that couldn't be dealt with. One suggestion, I was on the second floor and required the use of stairs on the outside to get to the second floor. There was no operational light to see the stairs. An accident waiting to happen. And the security door did not seem to close securely each time. Needs checking. Other than no breakfast, it was an ok stay. I think people should be able to expect a small bite to eat even if it's just a simple muffin.

Housekeeping did not come and clean room on the second of my stay and when attempting to check out at 5:30 A.M the front desk person would not even out from rear but chose to speak with me on the phone (Desk). When I asked for receipt, she stated while still on the phone (desk) she would email me, but it never came and i had to callback and speak with another person to get it finally sent and this was over 12hours later

when we arrived at the hotel to check someone was dumpster diving in the back of the building. the parking lot is shared with a company so they can store their trucks. once we were in the building, the inside is extremely dated and dirty. the front desk area looks like a makeshift space that was thrown together. the lobby itself was clean. the lady at the front desk was ok, she didn’t really make eye contact but gave us the info we needed. when we walked into the room the light switch did not work at all. we ended up just using the lamps in the room. the curtains didn’t close all the way. the room itself just looked dirty. we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed there at all. in the middle of the night during our stay someone tried to get in the room. we did what we could for safety on our end to prevent someone from being able to open the door. it’s crazy how much the price of the hotel was for the quality. i recommend to just spend more money and go somewhere nicer. this hotel is not worth it at all.

Absolutely no reason for a restaurant with an attached bar to close at 10 pm on the weekend of bike week. I “thought” I could return to my hotel/motel at a reasonable time to enjoy the amenities. I was hungry and thirsty. But unfortunately I went to bed. Spent zero $$$ and got a great nights sleep. Then enjoyed a great breakfast the next morning in the restaurant.
