Overall; high standard of cleaning and hospitality, informative and good reception staff, green and tropical environments, quite surroundings and a decent pool. Downside; no beach directly in front (only rocks), no restaurant or pool bar, for some people its too quite, with only a few options for dining and shopping in the nearby. The staff and management did all they could for making it a nice stay, and that helped a lot."

"I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. "Residences Alizees Spa is an apartment-hotel. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and the proprietor complained about not receiving payment from the owner of the apartment prior to our arrival. He also disputed whether our reservation should be honored. We contracted through Cheaptickets to pay when we arrived. The area surrounding the complex was not like the photos on the website advertising the property. It was in a poorly developed part of town with no infrastructure to accommodate hotel...

"We had a wonderful stay at Mauritius Rooms, the penthouse apartment was fantastic, very clean and in a fantastic area of Grande Baie. The apartment and condominium is very new and all the amenities were superb! Highly recommend 😊 "
