"The hotel offers multiple unique options and advantages- location, the option for great apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, ocean view really stood out, not available with many other hotels. Great breakfast. Nice and helpful staff, including the staff for rooms cleaning and restocking the amenities. Prompt and thoughtful help with solving any unexpected technical room issue, thanks to engineering department. Not cheap, but definitely a great experience. Hot tube on the 16th floor, a very relaxing of moment of day or evening, no matter cold or warm weather. Could be bigger or adding more hot tubes though, as it is very popular! Great Spa experience. I definitely will go back, and strongly recommend it. "

"The staff could not have been kinder and more helpful. Eric was fantastic!! The room was very clean. I was expecting it to be more Art Deco decorated. The one thing I don't like at any hotel is carpeting on the floor. Not that it was dirty, but I prefer all tiled floors. The bed was comfortable. They offer valet parking, but you are also allowed to self park. Our vehicle was too tall to fit so they found a spot in the back for us to park. The area seems safe and is located very close to many places to eat. They have a breakfast buffet in their on site restaurant that looked great! We were in a hurry and didn't have time to eat."

"We had a great stay. The hotel was decorated beautifully and very festive for the holiday. I really sweet server for breakfast. Had fun holiday glasses for everybody to wear would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"This was an amazing place to enjoy our christmas. I was sceptical at first as we try to be careful with our money and not over spend for things. This place was a bit pricey for a stay as a single parent, which I think could be worked on, however over all, the people that work here where nice, most of the guests were too, the beach was clean, the tropical drinks where amazing, and you can walk from a hotel bar to the next fairly quickly. I didn't realize the kitchens where furnished with things to make meals, so we tried to go get meals which was a challenge. no continental breakfast, or really any resturant breakfast options from the hotel. We fed the ducks at 10:30 am, and that was a great way to start the morning. the pools where warm, and the experiance was amazing. And the water of the ocean was pretty, and drinking a tropical drink on the white sandy beach under an umbrella, on Christmas morning, a day after my birthday, in my Mcdonalds Grinch socks was the best. Oh and the Sunsets where great! A++"
