"Had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff, from the reception to the dining area, were exceptionally professional, consistently polite, and truly went above and beyond to assist us in recovering our lost luggage. There’s no doubt, four seasons will be our first pick from here on. "

"Not up to the same standards i expect from Novetel. Staff were not helpful and didn't mention that breakfast was included. They also seem to not be helpful in arranging taxis services."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hyatt regency. The staff were very nice and house keeping was excellent. But we were disappointed that the club room was closed due to ramadan. We wish this had been communicated to us in advance. The morning breakfast was good but the evening snacks were the same cold quiche every night which quickly got boring. It was not the club floor experience we were expecting."

"The room was big and comfortable. The program card for the air-conditioner didn’t match the unit so couldn’t be operated, however that wasn’t a problem…come summer it may well be. Expect a laidback approach to service in the restaurant and you won’t be disappointed, otherwise great."
